Job Description

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you’ll assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and some pre-screening eye examinations. Your goal is to provide excellent customer service and ensure customers leave happy with eyewear that fits properly.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear
Perform frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, and pre-screening eye examinations
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing payments
Maintain accurate customer records and prescriptions
Promote products and services to help achieve store targets

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and rapport-building abilities
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
Knowledge of optical products and services
