Job Description

As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs. You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings, pre-screening eye examinations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized assistance to customers and address their needs
Translate professional terminology into language understandable to patients
Maintain accurate customer records and prescriptions
Work as part of a team to achieve store targets
