Job Description

North West Cancer Research is seeking a Shop Manager to lead a team of volunteers in our brand new Formby shop. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, management skills, and a passion for sustainable fashion.

Responsibilities

Set up and manage a new NWCR shop
Recruit and train volunteers
Maximize sales and profitability
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain stock and merchandising standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Qualifications

Experience leading a team
Retail experience preferred
Ability to meet or exceed targets
Basic IT and numeracy skills
Previous shop opening experience desirable
