Job Description

Join our team as a Practice Bookkeeper and play a crucial role in improving our clients' financial processes. You will assess current systems, identify weaknesses, and implement strategies to enhance financial data quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Review and streamline clients' financial processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Document financial processes for new clients to ensure smooth handovers.
Lead migration of accounting data to Xero for new clients.
Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
Raise sales invoices and manage purchase ledger.
Prepare VAT returns for clients.

Qualifications

AAT Level 3 qualification or certified bookkeeper.
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
At least 1 year of Xero and Dext experience.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Resilient and adaptable to changes.
