Job Description

Join Little Elms Daycare Nursery Catford as a Nursery Bank Staff to provide flexible support and cover for permanent staff as needed. Enjoy a supportive environment with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with children in play and learning activities.
Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework to support children's development.
Encourage children's independence, confidence, and social skills.
Support children's personal care needs, including toileting, nappy changing, and handwashing.

Qualifications

Full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
Experience working in a nursery
Passion for working with young children
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
