Join a growing company that installs and services outdoor leisure products. This hands-on position requires experience as a team leader with knowledge in thermal and water systems.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the installation and service team on client sites
Carry out hands-on servicing, repairs, and equipment installations
Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard
Liaising between the team and company management
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles

Qualifications

Practical working experience and knowledge in water, heating, electrical and mechanical systems
Previous team leadership, supervisory, or foreman experience
A full UK driving licence
Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and lead a team
