Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Vodka Shop, caf?, barista services, customer experience maze, and flavour making & stock control areas.
Manage and inspire a team of shop assistants and front of house staff.
Ensure seamless customer experience and maintain brand standards.
Curate and enhance customer experience within the venue.
Manage inventory, stock control, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or retail management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of barista operations and craft beverages.
Ability to multitask and adapt to new challenges.
