Responsibilities

Work on customers' vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store
Deliver a range of fitting services including car parts fitting and cycle building
Develop problem-solving skills and work efficiently

Qualifications

Experience in delivering great customer service, ideally in retail
Proactive approach to helping customers and problem-solving skills
Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
