Responsibilities

Coordinate team for an easy shopping experience
Manage store opening/closing & duty cover
Support Store Manager with operational queries
Ensure store cleanliness & presentation
Manage product replenishment & point of sale
Proactively handle customer queries

Qualifications

Experience in retail or customer service
Ability to lead a team efficiently
