Job Description

Join SuperCare as a Senior Children's Support Worker and positively impact the lives of vulnerable children and young people. Collaborate closely with families, social workers, and organizations to ensure a smooth transition to adulthood.

Responsibilities

Direct work with young people, key working, and providing day-to-day care and support
Working in partnership with young people, social workers, and relevant agencies
Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing Care Plans
Ensuring health, safety, and primary care issues are addressed
Carrying out administrative work and record-keeping

Qualifications

Experience working with children in an Ofsted environment
Level 3 CYPW or above
Enhanced DBS Check
Driver's license
