Job Description

Join Reed in Partnership as an Employability Administrator and support a team of Employment Advisers and Trainers in delivering employability and vocational training. Provide excellent customer service, input data accurately, and liaise with employers to track customer progression.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving customer referrals and booking appointments
  • Setting up customer records on internal databases
  • Submitting claims paperwork and compiling attendance lists
  • Assisting with participant queries and paperwork accuracy
  • Inputting distance travelled information and issuing vouchers
  • Encouraging participants to complete surveys

Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of database input experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Minimum 2 A-Levels or equivalent
  • GCSE English Language at Grade B or equivalent
