Join us as a Seasonal Colleague at Tesco in Padstow Superstore. Serve customers with passion and pride, work across different store areas, and contribute to creating a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Knowing your customers and serving them with passion and pride; giving great natural service.
Passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
Working across different store areas as required.
Following safety procedures and delivering excellent customer service.
Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events.
Understanding store performance and contributing to service, sales, and profit goals.
Maintaining product quality and following store policies.
Accepting deliveries into the store when necessary.

Qualifications

A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
Ability to build rapport with customers and make decisions to enhance their shopping experience.
Team player with good communication skills.
Build relationships with colleagues and work well in a team environment.
Presentable, punctual, and enthusiastic about representing the brand.
