Job Description

Join us as the Head of Business Systems in a respected engineering and technical services organization. Lead system improvements, drive process optimization, and ensure business systems meet the needs of various divisions and business units.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for new project work into the MIS/Business Systems function.
  • Champion Sage usage and improvement across multiple departments and business areas.
  • Develop business cases and CAPEX submissions, including ROI evaluation.
  • Promote user engagement, training support, and continuous improvement across the group.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Systems, Process Development, or Continuous Improvement roles.
  • Proven experience working with Sage software across multiple modules and business functions.
  • Background in the engineering, technical services, or industrial sectors preferred.
