Undertaking the role of Special Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) for all statutory purposes, including Annual Reviews.
Monitoring the quality of SEN support by establishing effective systems to identify and meet the needs of students.
Ensuring effective systems of communication and accountability for timetabling appropriate support and intervention.
Analyzing and tracking student progress and providing direction, training, and support for staff working with students with SEN.
Significant experience in special education.
Strong knowledge of Autism.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
Passion for safeguarding and inspiring young people.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to innovate and implement change.
