Job Description

As an Early Careers Development Specialist at Affinity Water, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating early careers programs for technical apprenticeships and graduate placements to support the future talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR Delivery and Talent Acquisition to plan apprenticeship programmes
Design, manage, and administer the graduate scheme
Identify and gain approval for value-adding programs
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of apprenticeship and graduate frameworks
Experience in apprenticeships and graduate programs
Stakeholder management experience
Degree or equivalent experience in learning & development or HR
