Job Description

Join our team as a Facilities Assistant Receptionist at Ocado Retail. You will be responsible for providing front of house services and supporting the Facilities Team in various tasks to ensure a smooth running of the office environment.

Responsibilities

Open and close the Reception Services daily.
Answer incoming calls and direct them as required.
Meet and greet visitors and contractors.
Support Facilities Team with daily site checks and H&S checks.
Manage stock and replenishing stationery and first aid kits.

Qualifications

Previous Facilities, Post and Reception experience (desirable).
Experience in Customer Service role/s.
Highly organised and able to multitask.
Confident communicator.
IOSH qualified or willingness to undertake training.
