Job Description

Join Active Care Group as a Field Care Supervisor supporting the Care Manager in overseeing care packages across Essex, Cambridge, and Ipswich.

Responsibilities

Support the Care Manager and deputise in their absence
Coach and mentor Support Workers, complete supervisions and spot checks
Client reviews and ensure smooth running of care packages
Ensure accurate and timely completion of records
Create and maintain person-centered care plans
Keep Support Workers updated on care plans and client's needs
Support with recruitment and training of Support Workers
Inform Care Manager of any concerns promptly

Qualifications

NVQ 3 or above in Health and Social Care
Experience in care at Team Leader level or above
Previous management experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and commitment to quality
