Job Description

Join our team at Ziff Davis as a Client Account Coordinator, responsible for assisting Account Management and Customer Success Management teams with customer accounts and providing email marketing campaign services.

Responsibilities

Understand customers' goals and identify ways to assist with Campaigner services
Assist with customer inquiries, strategic recommendations, and daily reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer performance data and provide insights
Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns

Qualifications

1-2 years of marketing experience
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
Excellent writing, proofreading, and copyediting skills
