Job Description

Join The Perfume Shop as a Team Leader and play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily operations of the store. Motivate and lead a diverse team to achieve key targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor staff for success
Motivate team to achieve and exceed targets
Support Store Manager with daily operations
Ensure store procedures are followed
Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Ability to build relationships and mentor others
Passion for teamwork and success
Interest in upskilling and learning about perfume
Previous experience leading a team or in sales
