Exciting opportunity to work as a HR Advisor for a national charity on a 12-month fixed term contract with potential for permanent role. Focus on employee relations and project work.
Coaching and advising managers on day-to-day employee relations cases, managing ER caseload, leading on occupational health referrals, supporting with TUPE transfers, advising on policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of Employment Law, immediate availability or short notice period, experience managing ER caseload, CIPD qualification or working towards it, experience in charity, healthcare, NHS or local authority setting.
Remote working, flexible start and end times, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid leave for birthday, death in service, access to discount card.
