Responsibilities

Providing Comprehensive Housing Advice: Work with residents needing urgent help to offer tailored housing advice.
Preventing and Relieving Homelessness: Creatively help residents stay in their homes or find new accommodations.
Managing Housing Register and Homeless Applications: Handle cases with urgency and care, ensuring individuals understand the process.
Handling Complex Caseloads: Efficiently manage multiple cases while maintaining professionalism.
Working with Partners: Collaborate with housing providers and agencies for positive outcomes.
