The Community CAMHS Lead Administrator will oversee administrative tasks, management of referral processes, project support, and line management within the Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
- Provide a friendly and accessible service to patients and therapists
- Maintain efficient filing systems and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Manage referral processes on Rio system from initial acknowledgment to outcome administration
- Assist in booking appointments and sending out clinical reports
- Provide line management and support across multiple teams
- Support clinicians with various projects and maintenance of test materials
- Contribute to best practices within the service
- Strong organizational skills and effective workload management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in administrative procedures and project support
