Job Description

Join the team at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground with Freemans Event Partners in various roles within the Retail, Kitchen, and Front of House teams.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tills and handle transactions.
  • Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards.
  • Deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
  • Prepare and cook food to company standards.
  • Lead a section of the kitchen and support junior staff.
  • Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
  • Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Set up and clear down service areas.
  • Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service.

Qualifications
