Job Description

Join the team at the iconic Lord's Cricket Ground with Freemans Event Partners in various roles within the Retail, Kitchen, and Front of House teams.

Responsibilities

Operate tills and handle transactions.
Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards.
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
Prepare and cook food to company standards.
Lead a section of the kitchen and support junior staff.
Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
Greet and serve guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Set up and clear down service areas.
Ensure an exceptional standard of customer service.

Qualifications

Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and team-working skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
