A global leader in water treatment chemicals is seeking a Divisional Manager to oversee sales operations across Northern UK and Scotland. This is a rare opportunity to take full strategic and commercial ownership of a key territory, leading a dedicated team and driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 sales professionals across the region.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and expand market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align regional activities with global business objectives.

Qualifications

Proven sales management experience within the water treatment, chemicals, or related industrial sectors.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Commercially astute with a track record of delivering sales growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the territory.
