Job Description

Right at Home, Cardiff & Newport supports vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and support in their own home. We are looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our clients.

Responsibilities

Motivating clients to get the most out of their day
Personal care
Administering medication
Assisting clients with washing and dressing
Shopping
Housekeeping
Meal preparation
Taking clients for appointments or outings

Qualifications

Hold a full driving licence and have your own vehicle
Have the right to work in the UK
Passion to make a real difference to someone's life every day
Be observant and report concerns, follow instructions and procedures
Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
