Exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager within the FM sector to join a well-established business in Reading. The role involves managing staff, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works, and building performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants/services
  • Lead the Engineering team ensuring compliance with company processes
  • Complete weekly operations report and attend client meetings
  • Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures and recommend improvements
  • Ensure quality and smooth running of facilities
  • Develop financial plans for revenue and profit delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to deliver best practices

Qualifications

  • Commercial awareness with full P&L accountability
  • Recognized technical qualifications (C&G / NVQ)
  • 8-10 years of proven Contract Management experience in M&E, FM or corporate environment
  • HSE experience
  • Highly motivated and self-aware
