Job Description

Join our team in Cardiff as a Management Accountant. You will be responsible for providing valuable management information, month and year-end reporting, accurate forecasting, and budgetary controls.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly management accounts
Conduct variance analysis and provide insightful commentary
Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare accurate financial reports
Support senior management with financial models and projections
Maintain financial controls and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting processes
Prepare year-end audit files and liaise with external auditors
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications

Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
Proactive approach to process improvements
