Responsibilities

Support sales on the shop floor and enhance customer shopping experience
Operational tasks including working on tills, taking bookings, handling deliveries
Maintenance of store premises
Run tea bar, brew and serve tea to customers
Facilitate Masterclasses in the Tasting Room
Organize bespoke experiences for customers

Qualifications

Passion for tea and wellbeing drinks
Customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Flexible and willing to learn
