Job Description

Join Albert Roger Group as a Finance Director and lead the financial aspects of our beauty distribution company. Partner with the CEO to drive growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts
Lead and support the finance management team
Provide cashflow projections and monitor working capital
Improve ways of working and enhance financial procedures
Work with external stakeholders to communicate financial performance
Assist in long-term financial planning and identify risks and opportunities

Qualifications

Experienced accountant with 10+ years PQE
Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role
Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations
Effective leadership and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
