Job Description

Join Active Care Group as a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practitioner at Nottingham Brain Injury Rehabilitation Centre. Help shape a new neuro-behavioural unit and provide person-centred care to individuals with complex neurobehavioural needs.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of Positive Behaviour Support culture
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and implement support plans
Develop behaviour support plans based on data-driven analysis
Provide expert advice and coaching to staff
Continuous personal development to support service growth

Qualifications

MSc in Applied Behaviour Analysis/Positive Behaviour Support
Experience with neuro-behavioural challenges
Knowledge of PBS processes and regulatory framework
