Job Description

Join Arc'teryx as a Lead Retail Supervisor to work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading a team of Product Guides and enhancing the guest experience. You will be involved in various aspects of the retail store and play a crucial role in driving the business forward.

Responsibilities

Leading in alignment with the Arc'teryx Vision, Purpose and Values
Supporting the in-store experience and floor leadership
Coaching and providing feedback to product guides
Managing inventory and overseeing sales targets
Communicating company initiatives and priorities to the team

Qualifications

1 or more years of leadership experience
1-2 years of retail experience
Passion for customer service and coaching
Strong time management and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
