Reed Talent Solutions is recruiting exclusively for the Metropolitan Police Service for an Operational Planning & Deployment Senior Lead role. This position involves leading and providing direction for the Operational Workforce Planning & Deployment team.
Lead and provide direction for the Operational Workforce Planning & Deployment team. Drive the delivery and outcomes of the function to effectively manage the in-year workforce deployment plan. Provide analysis, insight, and commentary specific to deployment activity.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading teams within a large and complex organization. Detailed knowledge of end-to-end workforce planning and deployment processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Starting salary ranging from £77,332 - £80,260 per annum. Additional allowances included. 28 days annual leave + bank holidays. Excellent civil service pension with 28.9% employer's contribution. Flexible working conditions with some home working available.
