Job Description

Join Aspirations Care as an Experienced Senior Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a culture that is responsive, inclusive, and person-centred.
  • Ensure highest standards of care and support to each individual.
  • Assist people in becoming part of their community, work and education opportunities, and develop relationships.
  • Complete and record risk assessments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 (willingness to work towards Level 3)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in communication, record-keeping, and Microsoft Office
