Job Description

Lead a team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in Supported Living settings.

Responsibilities

Guide and inspire team to deliver person-centered support
Promote independence and social inclusion
Coordinate team meetings and keyworker reviews
Support with rota management and staff supervision
Handle incident reporting and medication audits

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Previous team leader or supervisory experience
Knowledge of health & safety, first aid, and moving & handling
Full clean driving licence
