Join Aspirations Care as a Supported Living Team Leader in Frodsham, leading a team to provide empowering care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and Autism.

Responsibilities

Inspire and lead a team to deliver person-centred care
Enable individuals to make their own choices and live independently
Support and develop staff through supervision and guidance
Manage rotas, medication, and documentation

Qualifications

Experience in Adult Mental Health, Autism, or Learning Disabilities
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Training in Health & Safety, First Aid, and Moving & Handling
Strong communication and leadership skills
