Job Description

DP World is seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team in Hinckley, responsible for delivering essential training to operations teams and managing employee training matrix.

Responsibilities

Daily Operational managing of the training requirements across the site
Conduct Staff Inductions / Process training
Creation of training plans for new business and organisational needs
Develop and maintain training material
Coordinate all training requests within the facility
Report training progress and evaluate effectiveness
Ensure training process meets organisational needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in warehouse training or Senior Warehouse Operations role
Strong knowledge of Health and Safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Strong IT/Excel and Communication skills
Leadership and instructional design knowledge
