Responsibilities

Deploy strategic improvements to align SHE management systems
Support project teams to implement best practices and procedures
Develop and administer organizational SHE policies and programs
Grow awareness of SHE through audits and assessments
Ensure legal regulatory compliance
Review and improve SHE programs with external consultants

Qualifications

Experience in executing SHE programs
Ability to partner with project teams and provide solutions
Develop and deliver SHE training programs
Track effectiveness of safety programs
Maintain regulatory compliance
Support incident investigations and worker compensation management
