iQ, one of the UK's largest providers of student accommodation, is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and profitable sites for our 34,000 students across 29 cities.

Responsibilities

Coaching, developing, and motivating team members
Strategic people planning for proper staffing
Promoting resident satisfaction and retention
Managing leasing performance and financial reviews
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Building relations with external stakeholders

Qualifications

Leadership skills and ability to drive performance
Management experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle complaints and service issues effectively
