Responsibilities

Provide hands-on cover for team members and support new starter inductions
Carry out site audits to maintain service levels
Monitor training needs and ensure mandatory sessions are carried out
Improve customer services and standards
Support recruitment process of new team members
Ensure legal and Company HSE requirements are met

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning industry
Excellent communication skills
Driving License
Desirable: IOSH certification
