Job Description

Join us as a Helpline Advisor at NSPCC and be the first point of contact for adults wishing to report child protection concerns. Work in a fast-paced national Helpline providing advice, information, and support via telephone, email, and social media.

Responsibilities

Provide advice, information, and support to callers reporting child protection concerns. Identify key points of concerns efficiently and with sensitivity.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Previous Customer Service experience. Strong attention to detail and IT skills.
