Join Xiatech as a Service Desk Analyst and be part of a dynamic team supporting internal desktop and infrastructure, as well as the external Xfuze platform.
Proactively monitor the Service Desk for incidents, resolve service requests, investigate and quantify incidents, act as a point of contact between customers and engineering teams, contribute to the Knowledge Base, and more.
Experience in 1st Line Support or Service Desk Analyst role, knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and good problem-solving abilities.
