Responsibilities

Monitor standards of care delivered by staff
Support Manager in policy implementation
Prepare staff duty rota
Monitor resident wellbeing
Act as focal point for resident contact
Liaise with Home Manager
Contribute to team working
Advise on supply and quality of items

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with current NMC Pin
Strong leadership skills
Friendly and caring attitude
Good communication skills
Experience with Dementia patients
