Job Description

SuperCare is seeking experienced Team Leaders to join our children's residential homes in Eastbourne and Hastings. The successful candidate will lead a shift, formulate support plans, and promote young people's welfare.

Responsibilities

Direct work with young people, key working, and providing support on a shift basis.
Work in partnership with young people, social workers, carers, and relevant agencies.
Co-ordinate, monitor, and review care plans, risk assessments, and placement plans.
Take responsibility for health and safety, maintenance, and autonomous decision-making.

Qualifications

Experience working with children or in a residential care setting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work shifts and maintain a safe environment for young people.
