Job Description

Residential Property & Asset Management firm seeking a professional Live-In Concierge/Porter for a prestigious residential property in North West London.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records in the daybook, including arrivals and departures.
Ensure high standards of security for residents and visitors.
Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises security.
Monitor CCTV systems and report incidents promptly.
Supervise cleanliness standards across the building.
Perform minor repairs and report defects.
Provide customer service and assist residents as needed.
Sort and distribute mail to residents.
Maintain knowledge of fire safety procedures.
Assist with coordinating porterage schedule.

Qualifications

2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with fire safety procedures.
