Job Description

Randstad CPE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a major new project in Southampton. The project is a GBP30M purpose-built student accommodation development, in collaboration with a leading regional contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of the GBP30M student accommodation project
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS certified, First Aid qualification
