Job Description

Join Active Care Group as a Trainer in the Caterham area, delivering and assessing mandatory and specialist training to care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess mandatory and specialist training
  • Conduct practical skill assessments
  • Ensure colleagues are knowledgeable in delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

  • Training qualification (Teaching & Assessing award L3, Mentorship award, Moving and Handling Trainer and/or Assessor)
  • 18 months of occupational competency in Health & Social Care
  • Experience with individuals with physical and/or neurological conditions
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
