Responsibilities

Lead the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Coach, train, and empower your team for growth
Create a positive work environment
Assist GM with experiential events & workshops
Manage online reputation and handle complaints
Recruit, train, and recognize talent
Implement Room2 standard operating procedures
Assist with Health & Safety Compliance
Prioritize sustainability in business decisions

Qualifications

Experience in hotel operations and management
Proven track record in team leadership and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and hotel software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced environments
