Join the Front of House Team at the National Oceanographic Library as a Customer Services Assistant.
Deliver high-quality customer service to Library users in person, over the phone, and online.
Answer customer queries and provide assistance as needed.
Be willing to move between sites if required.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment.
20 days annual leave per year (pro rata).
