Job Description

Pearse Partners is partnering with a leading Elite Boutique investment bank to hire a Senior Associate for their expanding M&A team. Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of experience in a top Investment Bank with strong M&A deal experience.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of transactions (M&A)
  • Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion
  • Drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations, financial modeling, and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
  • Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

  • 4+ years working in a leading Investment Bank
  • M&A deal experience across various sectors
  • Knowledge of UK Takeover code
  • Excellent financial modeling and valuation skillset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
