Pearse Partners is partnering with a global investment bank to expand their FIG M&A team with an Analyst. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of M&A deal experience from another IB or accountancy firm.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of FIG transactions (M&A) across various subsectors
  • Supporting senior management throughout the M&A process
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications

  • 1+ years working in an Investment Banking/Big 4 M&A environment
  • Excellent financial modeling and valuation skillset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
